Big news: the Remote Robot Lab is officially open to the public for testing — and everyone is welcome to try it out.
Head to robot.musserautomation.com and you can take control of a real ABB IRB1300 industrial robot, live from your browser. No signup, no simulator stand-ins — a physical robot, streaming back to you in real time.
What you can do
- Request control of the robot with a single click. When it's your turn, the robot is yours.
- Experiment with different levels of control — from simple high-level commands like picking and dropping balls, up through more advanced motion.
- Watch it all live on the camera feed as the robot executes your commands.
- Track your score as you complete challenges at each level.
Why we built this
Hands-on time with real industrial hardware is hard to come by. Robots are expensive, they take up space, and they come with real safety overhead. The Remote Robot Lab removes all of that — whether you're a robotics student, an automation engineer, a software developer, or just curious, you can get real hardware experience from wherever you are.
Every session runs in a supervised, sandboxed environment with motion limits and monitored camera feeds, so you can experiment freely without worrying about breaking anything.
Try it out
The lab is live right now at robot.musserautomation.com. Jump in, grab control, and see what you can make it do.
This is an early public release, so we'd genuinely love your feedback — if you hit something confusing, broken, or delightful, drop us a line.
